About Ujamaa Cultural Sandals & Craft

We are a company that believes in helping to create or source opportunities for marginalized artisans in developing countries. By doing this we help them to improve their end product, making it salable internationally; access markets not readily accessible due to economic limitations, personal or educational limitations and more; create mentoring/apprenticeship programs geared to at risk youth and women in an effort to revitalize the traditional craft sectors of these countries and to help them to create a livelihood for themselves successful businesses.
